Project Overview
Anatomy Studies is a set of drawing assignments created as part of a 12-week anatomy course. Using digital tools in conjunction with classroom learning, I produced detailed studies of the human body, including labelled skeletal diagrams and layered illustrations of both deep and superficial muscles. These works demonstrate both technical drawing ability and an applied understanding of anatomy, bridging art and science in support of future medical and health-related design projects.

SKELETAL ANALYSIS
A detailed skeletal study labelling bones, axial and appendicular systems, and cartilage.
MUSCULOSKELETAL ANALYSIS
A musculoskeletal study layering deep and superficial muscles over a dynamic pose.
REFLECTIONS
This project gave me a deeper understanding of human anatomy, from learning the names of bones and muscles to understanding how these systems interact to support movement and function. Observing and illustrating anatomical structures not only expanded my knowledge of medical and biological concepts but also reinforced the importance of anatomy as a foundation across many fields. Translating this knowledge into drawings taught me the value of precision and attention to detail - every line, proportion, and label had to be accurate to ensure the illustrations were both scientifically informative and visually compelling. These assignments combined technical accuracy with creativity, helping me build a stronger foundation in anatomy for design applications.
